Mountain View’s Art & Wine Festival Returns This September

🎨🍷 Mountain View’s Art & Wine Festival Is Back This September — And You Don’t Want to Miss It

There are certain events that just feel like Mountain View — and the Art & Wine Festival is at the top of that list. If you’ve been before, you probably already have the first weekend of September circled on your calendar. If you haven’t? Well, this is the year to go.

Set for September 6–7, 2025, the festival takes over Castro Street with two full days of art, music, food, and community — the kind of weekend where there’s something happening on every corner and everyone seems to be smiling.

🎶🍇 So What’s It Like?

Picture this: rows of booths with artists showing off everything from handmade jewelry to big, bold paintings. Live music playing as you wander from one block to the next. The smell of barbecue, roasted corn, and fresh kettle corn in the air. And of course, plenty of local wine and craft beer to sip along the way (yes, the wine glasses are back again this year).

Kids can bounce, craft, and play in the Kids’ Funzone, while grown-ups browse, snack, and discover new favorites. There’s even live street art you can watch unfold in real time — and often a chance to join in and get a little messy yourself.

🧡 Why Folks Keep Coming Back

What makes this festival so special isn’t just the variety — it’s the vibe. It’s big, but it still feels local. Artists come from all over, but the energy is pure Mountain View. Whether you’re running into old friends, dancing near a stage, or just kicking back with a glass of rosé and some garlic fries, there’s this sense that everyone belongs here.

And the best part? It’s totally free to attend. You can spend a whole afternoon just soaking it in — no ticket required.
